Guin is a trained mediator and is registered with the Family Mediation Association and the Family Mediation Council. She completed the FMA Family Mediation training and is working towards her accreditation. She has an Honours Degree in Psychology among other qualifications and certificates, and has worked as a counsellor, mentor, trainer and group facilitator for over 10 years.
